Nik Lemieux

Strategic Consultant, CEO

I am an entrepreneur by nature and see value in all experiences. I founded Mirabel Management Inc. in 2014. My team and I strive to help our clients take control of their finances and work towards a prosperous future. I continue to enjoy shaping the future of Mirabel and overseeing the growth of our wonderful customer base. When I’m not in the office I love traveling, wine tastings and cross country skiing.

Mark Julien

Property Manager, RSE

I am a professional property manager who has been managing residential real estate in Ottawa since I acquired my first property in 2012. I'm a member of the International Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and an Accredited Residential Manager with the Real Estate Institute of Canada (REIC). In 2015 I earned my Red Seal in masonry working on the Parliament Hill Rehabilitation project where I held a position in quality control. My mission is to help real estate owners earn the highest return on their investments, and care for properties as if they were my own. In my spare time I enjoy dancing and archery.

Laura Cole

Bookkeeper, Account Manager

I have 23 years experience with a Fortune 500 Company where I was an Operation Specialist, responsible for payroll and accounts payables. I am excited to be working with the Mirabel team as I believe in the values they espouse and the modern systems they have in place.  I love spending time with family and my new grandchildren.  I am a new golfer which takes a lot of patience.  I also quilt, knit, and love to travel.

Bookkeeper, Account Manager

I am a relatively new Ontarian, coming from Calgary where I lived and raised my family for 30 years. I have been working in the Bookkeeping/Accounting profession for over 15 years. I am very excited to offer my expertise to Mirabel's clients and the Mirabel team as a whole. In my free time I love spending time with family, grandchildren, my three dogs, and gardening.

Executive Assistant

As an executive assistant at Mirabel Management, my role is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the company by providing administrative support to the management team. I take pride in my ability to assist the team, and I am committed to making a meaningful contribution to the company's success. I am dedicated to providing high-quality service, and my attention to detail and strong organizational skills ensure that the company's operations run smoothly. Aside from working with the Mirabel Team, I am currently pursuing my master’s degree in civil engineering at Ottawa University. In my free time, I enjoy shopping and spending time with friends.

As a recent graduate of Aston University in the UK, I am thrilled to bring my master's degree in business administration to the team at Mirabel Management. As an administrative support professional, I am dedicated to ensuring the smooth and seamless operation of the company. My goal is to make a meaningful impact by utilizing my organizational abilities and attention to detail to support the management team. I am passionate about providing exceptional service and am committed to contributing to the company's overall success. In my free time, I enjoy staying current on business developments, socializing with friends, and hiking.

I am a professional accountant who has worked in public accounting with small business owners and incorporated professionals for the last 10 years. I help business owners look after their corporate taxes, financial statements and aid in their tax planning. I teach part-time at Algonquin College and thoroughly enjoy educating students and clients about accounting. In my spare time I enjoy basketball and am involved in officiating across Canada at various levels of play.


Joanne Kudakiewicz

Wealth Advisor, OneLife Wealth Management

As a wealth advisor, I provide client-tailored insurance and estate planning strategies for business owners and high net worth families. I work closely with my clients to understand their specific business needs and financial goals, and ultimately analyze the net and after tax impact of various investment decisions. As a former business owner, I have a real passion for ensuring that income remains in the hands of business owner. In my spare time, I enjoying playing Ultimate Frisbee, golfing, and spending time with my 5 year old daughter.

Erin McNamara


I am a graduate of Queen’s Law, and the Principal of McNamara Law, a legal practice with a focus on estate law, including the preparation of wills, powers of attorney, testamentary trusts including Henson Trusts, and probate applications. I am also a sessional professor at the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Law, where I teach Wills and the Law of Succession. In recent years, I have co-authored legal papers and have been a speaker at the annual East Region Solicitors Conference. I have served on the Board of Directors for REACH Canada, a nonprofit organization that benefits persons with disabilities in Ottawa and continue to be involved with their community initiatives. In my spare time, I enjoy performing in interactive mystery theatre with Murder Mystery Ottawa.

My specialty lies in the implementation and management of employee benefit plans and pension plans for organizations and companies of all sizes. I have been working in the benefits/pension industry for my entire career and can assist people in pretty much any situation. As an expert in employee benefit plans and pension plans, I help businesses implement and manage the best possible options available to them. I am an independent broker with full access to all providers in Canada. My 18 years of internal experience working for the largest insurance companies in Canada gives me an unrivaled edge.
